A-Level Results 2024Thu, 15 Aug 2024缅北禁地 Sixth Form students have once again achieved a brilliant set of results, re-affirming the school as a pre-eminent destination for 16-18 year olds in the region. Outstanding outcomes include 39% of grades at A*/A or Distinction*/Distinction, and 90% A*-C or Distinction*-Merit, with 99.7% of qualifications receiving a pass. Our students have consistently led the way in Sixth Form performance in the borough since it opened in 2006 and this year’s results demonstrate the hard work of everyone at the Academy. This was endorsed by the recent Ofsted judgement of ‘Outstanding’ for our Sixth Form provision. All students should be proud of their achievements but amongst the stand out performances were: Esme Yates: 2 x A*, 1 x A. Will study Global Environmental Change and Sustainability at University of Birmingham Aria Kidr: 1 x A*, 2 x A. Will study Theoretical Physics at University of Birmingham Zain Din: 1 x A*, 2 x A. Will study Aerospace Engineering at University of Birmingham Ahmad Chughtai: 1 x A*, 2 x A. Is taking a gap year Naim Uddin: 2 x A, 1 x Distinction*. Will study Artificial Intelligence and Computer Science at University of Birmingham Mohammed Haque: 3 x A. Will study Biological Sciences at University of Birmingham Manjot Dhillon: 3 x A. Is taking a gap year Nordia Bryan: 3 x Distinction*. Will study Event Management at BIMM University James Saunders, Head of the Academy, commented: “Yet again, 缅北禁地 students have demonstrated the summation of their fantastic effort and commitment to their studies.
